Refund policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, please inform us by email (info@ensogirl.com) within 7 working days of receiving your goods. 

Goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt and, as long as they are still in a saleable condition, we will be happy to either refund your money to the original payment method or offer an exchange. Please note that it is your responsibility to return the item to us and we recommend you get insurance or proof of delivery, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post.

Please note that any delivery charges for your original order are non-refundable. All sale and promotional items are non-refundable.
